GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

• WE BAKE ALL OUR COOKIES DAILY AND SHIP THE SAME DAY TO ENSURE FRESHNESS

• All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express Overnight

• We ship cookies Tuesday-Thursday only

• Order cutoff time is Wednesday 11:59PM to guarantee shipment on Thursday. If placed after the cutoff time, orders will ship out the following Tuesday.

• We do not ship internationally

PLACING YOUR ORDER

We make every effort to package and ship orders as quickly as possible. The length of time it takes for us to ship your order can vary depending upon when the order is placed.

Please note, we cannot guarantee shipping or arrival dates. We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least one business day before your desired date to allow for any unforeseen delays. Cookies can be frozen upon arrival to preserve freshness.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

We will send a confirmation with tracking information to the email address you provided with your order once the order has processed for shipment, generally the same day as shipment.
